Project Description
The project entails the redevelopment of the former PPC site into a new logistics and industrial park aimed at meeting demand for high-quality warehousing and logistics space in Montague Gardens.
The logistics park will comprise nine maxi-units ranging from about 3 900 m² to 4 600 m², and combining warehouse and office components.
Units can be combined to create larger spaces, with the possibility of a single unit of up to 38 000 m² to meet tenant requirements.
The buildings will feature a 9-m-eaves height, FM2 power-floated floors with a 50 kPa load-bearing capacity, high-lift sectional dock doors, heavy-duty dock levellers and a minimum 32 m yard depth to support efficient vehicle movement and goods handling.
Five-metre-deep canopies over all dock doors will provide weather-protected loading and offloading.
